The YoungBloodz are back, with the duo consisting of
J-Bo and Sean Paul. Having a gold plaque on their walls from their
sophomore piece Drankin' Patnaz LP, which featured the single hit
"Damn!" produced by Lil' Jon. With the entertainment industry on the
side, the rappers still have time to be co-owners of two popular Cuban
Restaurants in Atlanta and having their own production company, the sky
is the limit for this Atlanta duo!
The two young wannabe rappers met at Atlanta's Miller Grove Middle
school. Later on the two were tied in the Atlanta's rap production
group known as the Attic. YoungBloodz were signed with 3 record labels
in less then 10 years. They improve within each album they make. Going
from 300,000 on the debut Against Da Grain, to over 700,000 sold on
their sophomore album Drankin' Patnaz. Recently they became part of
Jive records, and they came out with a new album Ev'ryBody Know Me,
although it didn't go platinum, Sean Paul says "I don't really give a
f--k about the numbers. I got loyal fans and at the end of the day
that's what's more important to me. Platinum is something you wear
around your neck."
